Terms of Service
Effective: April 9, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Mstro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Mstro Provides
Mstro is a browser-based workspace for Claude Code by Anthropic. It provides a remote interface to Claude Code sessions running on your own apps. All code, files, and conversations stay on your apps.
3. Claude Code & Anthropic
Mstro uses Claude Code under the hood. Your use of Claude Code through Mstro is also subject to Anthropic’s Terms of Service and Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at bravo@mstro.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Mstro for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service (the CLI is open source; the platform is not).
6. Your Content
Your code, files, and conversations remain on your apps and belong to you. Mstro does not claim any rights over your content. We do not access, review, or store your content.
7. Pricing
Pricing for Mstro may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes to existing users. Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Service Availability & Discontinuation
Mstro is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be discontinued at Mstro’s discretion. In the event of discontinuation, prorated refunds will be provided for any prepaid period once the platform is a paid service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mstro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Mstro acts as a relay to tools running on your apps — you are responsible for the actions those tools take.
10. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
Mstro respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through Mstro infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent:
- Name: Joshua Bell
- Email: bravo@mstro.app
- DMCA Registration: DMCA-1071349
Your notification must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
